LABEL - Hive
FORMAT - CD
GENRE - (IDM) |
Debut album by Australian
Terminal Sound System, and with this act Hive guesses a new
talented artist. The visionary shapes contained in the CD are
composed by versatile compositions, a limpid itinerary among
monolithic basses, whistling drones, balanced rhythms noisy
micro-splinters.
Few tracks (7 + 2 remixes) but enough to enjoy quite the creative
idm solutions of "Solaris", several stylistic solutions
in order to absorb in solitude parallels energies and revealer
stimulations.
These cold atmospheres are mitigated by dynamic patterns and
melodic impulses, speeds subordinated to solid electronic abstractions
created to expand every reflection and to focus invisibile hermit
sequences. "Fused" illbient drones electrify the air,
seeding luminous fragments in every cosmic silent zone. Massive
and dark the vibrating projections of "Under Static".
Hyperkinetic observations in "Uncalm Shudder" d'n'b
recognitions. Chaotic digital radiations infest the circuits
of "Recoil". In the middle the distant biomechanical
basses of "Minimal Tolerance to Wrong Injected", imperceptible
rotations into minimal atmospheres. "Deep Trauma"
follows break-beat tones, fervent and soft at same the time.
Title track maintains an elegant and enigmatic break-ambient
profile. "Recoil" remix by Retnah edits all frequencies
in epic photonic tensions.
While Larvae twists and redesigns "Fused" with intriguing
sidereal flares and stimulating beats (almost perfect!).
Right and winning road. |
