Folterwelt is a
project dedicated to an electronoise experiment, which is very
eccentric and it shows deafening digital passages, full of samplings,
loops, tapes and other sounds and vocal equipment.
Lyrics and music describe the emptiness and dizzy and perverted
abysses with compositive detailed vivisections, of the web porno
scenary.
The sounds are compressed, crusched into dark glass doors, scratched
and frayed, there are not dashes of percussions or catchy melodies,
but surely many structures plunged into the most shaded and
revealing thought.
The work is introduced by "S" in a total sidereal
atmophere and with impalpable rustles, these mircro-ambient
settings go all over the songs "Sperm Pimples Blood"
and "Pink Lipstick And Condoms". "Sunset Beach"
has paranoid contrasts which incorporated also Haus
Arafna/November Novelet
music. "Too Drunk To Protest" emphatizes the violence
of every rustle, it twists into the dust, it synthetisizes noise
lucubrations into raving whirwinds and spamsm, under beating
and repeating bass guitars. A mournful deaf song has become
red-hot, where a grey vocal melody lays dead in the poison.
"The Girl Who Was Too Fat To Get a Fuck", gives life
to impulsive and crumbled rhythmical reconnaissances, vocal
deflagrations and strict loops. The sonic devastations melt
in the melancholy of "Mutilation Reprise", where a
distant piano suffers from the last clinical outrages. Sensitivity
and intellingence allow to this band to describe lucidly the
meaning of reality, which appears to us fine, but then...
When the visions of samplings become instructive...
